LingerはRoot Downのシェフ/オーナーのJustin Cucciが2番目にオープンしたレストランで、デンバーのローワーハイランズ地区に位置しています。Lingerの色鮮やかなメニューは、ファーム・トゥー・ストリートをコンセプトにした伝統的な各国のエスニック料理が中心で、再生利用したボックスカーのフロア、楕円形のレンガ、Lite Briteのバーカウンター、デンバーのダウンタウンの素晴らしい景色を望むインフィニティウィンドウなどを取り入れた意図的な矛盾とも呼べるデザインが特徴です。料理、サービス、ストーリーの絶妙な組み合わせがミックステープのように感情を引き出します。Lingerでは料理を改革しようとしているのではありません。もっとシンプルに、お気に入りの曲を聞いた時に感じるような気持ちを引き出せればと願っています。

Very bad. It was restaurant week and so you'd think it would be really satisfying but it was not. The bun was the best thing but they were not even warm. The shrimp lettuce wraps were mediocre but not much shrimp! We sent the wine back because it was awful. The desert was some crème and plantings - I didn't eat mine. My son had tiramisu it was good. Overall I don't plan to spend my money there again.

Great food, attentive service. A little loud but we went on a Friday night during Restaurant Week, so was to be expected. Overall outstanding dining experience.

We had a fantastic time at Linger. The vibe is cool but not pretentious. We were seated promptly and almost immediately greeted by our server, Olivia, who was so attentive and really took care of us. They even had a birthday card signed by the staff waiting at our table. We ordered the Resting Place and the house frozen cocktail and they were delicious. For dinner I highly recommend the Char Siu Pork Belly Bao, Devil’s on Horseback and the Wagyu Sliders. I have a severe onion allergy and Olivia worked with the chef and I to make sure I could enjoy all the tasty dishes (some with modifications). The birthday girl was treated to some creamy and delicious chocolate mousse and we had cappuccinos and the Italian donuts for dessert. Perfection. It was an incredible experience.

Linger always has a good vibe going for it and is a good example of the eateries and the vibrant energy found in the Highland area. We had brunch and the menu selection were eclectic. As an appetizer, we order the Korean Fried Chicken Baos and they are always a winner. The Hangover Ramen‘s broth had a mild and pleasing favor to it. The Dungeness Crab Burrito could have use a more interesting seasoning but was good. The service was exceptional.

They were so accommodating. We had extra people show up over the reservation number and they scrambled to get us a bigger table. The food was amazing and service was incredible
