East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

料理が非常に美味しい。顧客との食事で利用したが、店の音楽のボリュームがかなり大きいので、フォーマルな場には適さない。カジュアルな食事であれば、まぁいける、という感じ。お店の雰囲気はとても良いし、食事も非常に美味しいので、プライベートではベストだと思う。

Came for Valentine’s Day and was half expecting the possibility of subpar service as is usually the case with many restaurants on Valentine’s Day. But my worries about service were quickly put to rest, as we had a wonderful time dining at little sister. The service was great! I wish I could remember our waiters name cuz he was on top of everything. Orders were taken promptly, but not pushy by any means. They were attentive with drinks, water glasses and clearing of plates. Food was tasty and delivered hot in a timely fashion. I enjoyed the complimentary cold cucumber bites and chocolate at the start and end of our meal respectively. We ordered the pork/shrimp spring rolls, papaya salad, shaky shaky beef, carmelized prawns and garlic noodles. I enjoyed all the dishes, except for maybe the beef. I didn’t love the sauce, as it was reminiscent of a thick soy sauce with not much else going on flavor wise. But my husband enjoyed it, so different strokes for different folks. In any case, next time I want to try the lemongrass beef instead. Anyways, overall I enjoyed my dining experience there, as did my husband. It is a bit on the pricier side for Vietnamese/southeast Asian food. But I guess you’re also paying for the quality of the ambience and service, which may not be as nice at a more authentic hole in the wall type of place.

Server was attentive and friendly. Made great recs on our first experience here. Food and drinks were both delicious. Would suggest the shrimp dish and short rib dish (meat fell apart). Order the black rice if you come hungry, otherwise it’s pretty heavy. Overall great experience.

Ate at this restaurant many times. The food and service were always excellent. This time the House triple garlic noodle was not tasty at all.

Really disappointed in our food this time. Completely different experience from our first 2 times. Did not enjoy our food and some was what we have ordered before. And our server could care less. Sorry we won’t be back.

Food here pops with flavors. Flexibility to eat family style or order individual entres. Despite being a large space frequently packed sound levels allow for easy conversation without yelling to be heard.

We have been to little Sister a few times for dinner. it was always good but to chaotic with noise. Today we took a west LA foodie to lunch. Better service, quiet enough to talk and excellent tasting food as always. Our foodie friend was impressed.
