This wasn’t our first time at Lone Star at this location - we’ve been there before and it’s always been a good experience, so I decided to bring some family members this time. Service was great, I have no complaints about the service at all, or the ambience/atmosphere. The issues begin more so with the food itself. The wings were overcooked and a little stiff, would be the best way to explain it. The chicken dish my brother ordered, smelled of fish. I understand chicken and fish are both fried but the chicken should not have had a strong fishy odour, it was a little off putting. Fries that came with the orders were a little cold compared to the rest of the food which after waiting 30+ minutes we would expect them to be fresh. The rest of the food on the table was good, fish tacos were great, fajita was good. The chicken sandwich, had a bone in it but that’s not on the restaurant those things happen sometime - but it was unfortunate the above mentioned issues arose when I brought some family members here for the first time.

This is an upscale pilot version of Lone Star, which was not something I knew about when I made the reservation. This was a very loud restaurant with incredibly inappropriate dinner, music, and the temperature was insanely cold. There was legit cold air blowing out of the vents and we had to wear our winter coats. The food was significantly more expensive than a regular Lone Star restaurant, which was disappointing. Specifically you had to pay for the nachos and salsa as an appetizer as opposed to getting them for free when you sit down. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t be returning. Even though the staff did their best to accommodate our concerns, it didn’t make for a positive dining experience.

Fun atmosphere but not worth the cost/value if you're not there during happy hour. And if visiting for dinner, expect long wait times.

Had a reservation for my birthday, the waiter was pleasant however was not overly helpful or attentive. We have been before however the food was disappointing this time. Took a long time to come out and some was cold. The whole group was disappointed in the service and food.

Great service, good food, music got a little loud later but it is a Saturday night so understandable. Nice experience

Beautiful new decor. Great service, not a lot of food for the price. Table wasn't even cleared totally before dessert arrived. Probably wouldn't go back

Always a great experience here! Food is ok but the vibe and service are exceptional. Try the tequila flight - nice touch!

The experience was fantastic . The reservations made it so easy to just arrive and be seated at a great place in a very busy restaurant . Despite the amount of people out, food was fabulous , servers took time with us , there was no wait for food and the server was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Local hot sauces were provided , spice of life and their house mango hot sauce were stand outs . Guacamole made at the table was delicious and an absolute must
