    The waitress took way too long to get our drink refills and could barely hear her speak. We order the grande fajitas and were told we couldn’t have double chicken and 1 steak for the meat because it would throw off the count? That doesn’t make sense and she wouldn’t explain further. So we had to get buffalo chicken without sauce

    Overall great experience. Steak was cooked perfectly to my standards. Salsa was amazing. Fajitas were amazing. Would recommend.

    I always get the same thing when I’m here, and it’s always fantastic! The queso is excellent, and the fajitas (especially the tortillas & chicken) are the best! I would definitely recommend!

    Steak fajitas are the best! Ask for your steak to be cooked a little more if you don’t like your steak to show red through it. Cajun shrimp are so good and I highly recommend the original lime margarita.

    Franchises should be consistent. I felt this experience was sub par compared to the experience I always have in Oshawa. Service was good. Very friendly and relatable, but food quality was not to standards.

    We took our niece to her favorite restaurant for dinner. Alabama 714 was our server. She was excellent, very attentive, made sure our order was perfect. The fajitas were good, our only criticism is that the torts are being made SO small, it is hard to make the perfect wrap with such small torts. Otherwise it was a great evening.

    Not very impressed with lone star. We arrived at 7pm we ate at 8:30. Myself and one of my guest found HAIR in our food, another guest ordered fries never got it then was told by the waitress it was “forgotten” then when she did get it everyone was done! Not impressed and don’t recommend coming here

    There is no way to tailor the menu to your needs. My granddaughters meal appeared with a hair in it. And food was basically cold.
