    Best ceviche my wife and I have ever had. Every dish was excellent. Such attention to detail. Definitely an amazing space with great ambiance. Service was friendly and attentive.

    Staff were very welcoming. Valet always helpful. Not too cramped so feels relaxed. Drinks and appetizers were refreshing. The branzino w quesadillas and a pacifico; delightful.

    Loreto is one of my favorite restaurants in LA right now. The food - beyond. The service - always excellent. The spot - cute and chic. Highlights include basically all of the tostadas (especially the scallop and the otoro), the octopus croquettes, the oysters (get them preparadas) and the tuna sashimi. Fab cocktail menu and wine list too!

    Food was pretty disappointing overall. Though it’s a seafood restaurant, the fish got lost in nearly every dish and/or was treated with no finesse. It’s also shockingly heavy overall for a seafood restaurant. For example, the octopus coquettes are tasty but the octopus is nearly undetectable in the filling; it was easy to forget there were even clams that came with sweet potato because they were so drowned in labneh you could only know they were there based on texture; and the chicharonnes de pescado was basically heavily beer battered deep fried cod. I could go on. Service was mediocre. Definitely not worth the price. Highly recommend going to Holbox instead.

    Beautiful space to dine and eat excellent food. The menu was great for seafood lovers with a modern Mexican take. Loved most of the dishes, but some were just ok. The noise level was perfect to converse with friends.
