Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is a high-energy Italian eatery located on E Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Louie Bossi serves delicious house made pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course, Chef Louie's famous house cured salumi. From the hearth baked bread and artisan jams to handmade pastas and pizza dough, gelato and crema di limoncello, everything is house made using the time honored methods of old world Italian chefs.

I made a reservation for my mom’s birthday and in the reservation specifically I requested outdoor seat. When we went to the restaurant they made us wait 35 mins for outdoor seating with the reservation. Then the table was on the side of the restaurant little away from nice outdoor tables.Anyway the service and food was good.

We always love the food here! For this visit, the restaurant was extremely busy. Where you are seated matters if you want to be able to talk/listen during dinner. Fortunately, our host was able to accommodate our request to be seated in a different area that was more conducive to our desired experience. We enjoyed the fresh branzino fish with a side of roasted beets. Perfectly cooked! Our server was excellent! She was very attentive throughout our meal. Never had a bad meal at Louie Bossi!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place next store- we ate at LB’s twice. I would have eaten every meal there! So delicious!!! Great staff! Lovely atmosphere!!

Our waiter Gabriel was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the food items on the menu. He provided a lot of recommendations and they were all delicious! It’s not my first time going to Louie Bossi, but it was the first time my friends and I felt highly satisfied with a server. Thanks for everything Gabriel!
