    Here’s a sample review you can use: I had an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, it was nothing short of a disaster. The service was painfully slow—our food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was stone cold. It’s baffling how a restaurant can serve cold food after such a long wait. When we brought it up with the staff, they didn’t seem particularly concerned or apologetic, which made the experience even worse. The lack of attention to detail and basic customer service is unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was beyond frustrating. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    The menu had some excellent choices, creative and traditional Italian creations. Our meals included 2 pizzas and 2 sandwiches. The thin crust pizzas were delicious, cooked to perfection with quality ingredients- cheeses, including one with pears and Gorgonzola. A wonderful combination of sweet with the bite of cheeses. Unfortunately our start was very rocky. Our server spilled a glass of wine on one person in our party. We had already placed our order at this point. Oddly we DIDN’T hear from anyone - including wait staff or managers until after the food arrived. We started to move ourselves to another booth because the seat was very wet although no staff offered to assist us. To add insult to injury a spill happened a second time as a different server walked by our table. Soaked a second time makes for an unfortunate and unpleasant overall experience. When managers came over after our meals were complete - now multiple times to apologize - offering to comp the person’s meal and a dessert. Although much appreciated, waiting until we are completely done with our meals just didn’t make us feel like they were at all concerned with any immediacy. A little late to apologize in my opinion. There was definitely an energy level that rivals a sports bar. Overall, great food at a good value with a vibe but we will wait until after the holidays and high season to go back.

    Louis Bossi is one of my favorites. Been going here for years. On this particular night we had a server named Ben. From the start Ben was very attentive and engaging. He was a little aggressive trying to upsell us to an expensive bottle of wine and adding for our dinner. When we declined his upsell advances, he took our orders, and we never saw Ben again until it was time to pay for our check. We didn’t get any bread, grated cheese, nor did he ask how everything was. We will go back of course yet we will not be requesting Ben as our server.
