   Made reservations only to get there and they haven’t been open in days from What I was told very disappointed had so many ppl showing up only to be embarrassed and on my birthday that’s crazy

   Love and Tequila did not honor the reservation made on Open Table, said that they did not mean to open up reservations and did not cut off in time before they noticed ours was made. No accommodations were made to try and find a table for us, or move us up in line, once arriving. This has never happened to us before anywhere nevertheless using Open Table

   Great experience overall! The service, atmosphere, quality and price of food and drinks was superb! We will definitely be going back! Great place for food/drinks downtown Detroit before your event!

   Made our reservation on open this app only to find out they did not honor reservations on game days. Also they did not serve food as their site advertised on game day. Was a low brow venue. Won’t go back.

   Made a reservation and the restaurant was closed! If hours were adjusted for that day. I should not have been able to make a reservation. Reservation function should have been adjusted or turned off. Planned for a big party to dine in on 11/27.

   We made reservations online for 6:30pm. This was a very special celebratory meeting. I got confirmations of the reservation multiple times. We arrived and the place was not open. I called, routed to a different event venue. We went to the restaurant next door to ask about it, they said they don’t open until 9. The write up on OpenTable very specially says takes reservations 6-11 from Tuesday to Saturday. Such a horrible experience. Thankfully we went over to Bakersfields and it was wonderful.
