   Brilliant atmosphere sat outside under the heaters, great table service from the waiter who looked after us too.

   Lucia provided a wonderful dining experience when we went for Mother's Day. The food and drinks were lovely and we were served by friendly, welcoming staff. Prices are a little steeper than the average restaurant, but overall, the place is excellent.

   In a word……. AMAZING We had a lovely evening and great to be able to take the dog, it was really busy but the service was first class they have a great team here serving everyone,

   This was my first experience dining at this establishment, and I am certain I will return. As it was my birthday, I wanted to book somewhere special, and Lucia's exceeded my expectations. The staff were both friendly and accommodating, and our server was exceptional. Everyone in my group enjoyed themselves thoroughly. We will certainly be making another reservation when we next visit York. Thank you x

    Double checked we could dine in main restaurant as it was a special birthday, and was assured we were and it had been locked in place, on arrival were told by the same manager who said we were locked in to sit upstairs they had to move people around so we were Unable to sit where we where. Assured we could, this was very disappointing, as although it was a ok area, it did feel like we were in a conservatory. At least the food and the servers were great so thanks to them.
