Great food. Started off well with the service but that nose dived. Poor poor service. We were left for 25 mins without anyone coming over to check us or clear up after our last set of dishes came out. We had a reservation for 1.5 hours but left after 3 as the services was that slow/non-existent.

The restorant was quite a pick! İt can be visited just only for its stunning view . All the other amazing features will also be added on top of your experience though. Food was ver ysatisfying, the staff was also welcoming. The only note to the bartender ; please move fast next time ( in a newly opened restaurant this is minor issue) I would recommend to everyone who loved to have fine dining experience

Service was so. Too many floor staff but no one actually doing anything. Waited 15mins to order a drink! The view was the best thing

The food is very good & service was great. Nice decor & the views are great, as you’d expect. But the service is the bar was disappointing. They clearly have teething issues as took ages for drinks to show

Genuinely gutted that this place was soooo bad. We booked 2 weeks ago for Valentines & was obviously looking forward to it. We arrived on time at 9pm to be told our table wasn’t quite ready, no problem we knew this was a relatively new restaurant so was happy to sit at the bar & wait…… finally 1 hour & fifteenth minutes later we had to chase up our table that for some reason still wasn’t available. We asked why we had been seated at another bar table & why we’d still not been offered a drink or a menu! In the end we left after 2 hours & refused to pay for what we’d had & the manager agreed that we shouldn’t pay either. Mental how a place of this calibre is so badly run. Had to grab a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s when we left as we’d not eaten all day. Genuinely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had.

Dining turnaround is very quick at 1hour 30 and not 2 hours as stated on OpenTable. The fried chicken was really dry and definitely not a favourite. Otherwise, the views were incredible, the rest of the food we ordered was nice and the drinks were amazing! I would definitely come back for drinks with a view. Hopefully a full menu will be available by then

Amazing views and excellent food. Friendly service but way too slow. Hope it improves as they are still new and working it out.

We sat at the sushi bar and both had an unforgettable experience phenomenal food, drinks, and views, all elevated by Justina’s outstanding service and the exceptional staff. A must visit again London venue!

The venue is fantastic. The food is excellent. It’s on the pricey side, but that is to be expected. We had a table booked for 5.30pm and were told that they needed the table back at 7pm. An hour and a half at the table seemed a bit tight, and so it proved. When it came to deserts the waitress told us which of the deserts were the quickest to prepare. We decided against having deserts and instead asked if we could sit at the bar to have a cocktail. We both had Negronis at the bar which was lovely, and for the location, we felt they were reasonably priced at £16 each. Apart from the time we were allowed at the table, our biggest gripe was the wine service. The wine didn’t arrive until after our first 2 courses had been delivered to the table, and that was after I chased up the waitress for it. Then, like most of these high end restaurants, they keep your wine where you can’t see it. I had to ask for my wine to be topped up after sitting with an empty glass for 10 minutes. Personally, I much prefer it when your wine is left in an ice bucket by your table. Overall, a great experience, incredible views, food, and atmosphere. It would be great if the sitting was 2 hours. As for the wine service, there is room for improvement, but they’ve only been open 2 weeks. So hopefully these things will be ironed out. We will definitely go back though. And hopefully when the weather is better!
