During the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a house cocktail on arrival followed by learning how to master a classic cocktail then a bespoke cocktail of your own - delicious results assured, no matter the spirit, style or taste preferences! On the way, you’ll pick up a bit of cocktail history and develop your knowledge of the fascinating world of spirits. It’s all complimented with a fabulous platter of snacks to share. Duration dependent on number of guests. Please note this is a public class, therefore there may be other attendees joining.

    Wow, what an incredible restaurant. The building is absolutely beautiful and the food is cooked to perfection and amazing. I didn’t want the experience to end. The staff were flawless and although I live 4 hours away, I would certainly make the trip to dine at this incredible establishment again. Well done Gordon. You have created a gem x

    After much hype about this restaurant we decided to book for 3 after taking in a show at The Opera House. We were running late and phoned to advise and was dealt with very professionally. The setting is great, the staff are very professional and polite. Food variety was good. Some lovely dishes, some okay. Now the negatives; 1. The drinks orders took a little too long but not a major issue. 2. The Wagyu Sirloin dish, given the price tag of £94 set the expectation high but unfortunately didn't meet that high expectation and price tag. 3. Ordered Glenmorangie with diet coke, was not made aware that these were doubles and priced at £68 each. Was then told that it is on the price list but we should have been told they were doubles when ordering. For a second I thought we were in London on New Years Eve at those prices. £34 for a whisky and coke? Would I go back again? To try other items on the menu - possibly yes. For value for money probably not. To finish on a positive note, special mention to the two staff members Lucifer and the Irish chap who also served us who were exceptional in serving us and a credit to the restaurant.
