This Japanese inspired dining experience at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is designed to be booked exclusively for your party. This kitchen table offers the opportunity to experience Lucky Cat's Asian-inspired cuisine in the heart of the kitchen, bringing you a step closer to understanding the art of creating exquisite dishes and the ingredients used. Kindly note that a menu choice is required for this booking and will be offered to the entire table. This experience may be reserved for Lunch at 1pm or Dinner at 7.30pm, subject to availability. Please note that you will be charged the full menu price on the day alongside any extras, drinks and a discretionary 15% service charge. There is a 7 days cancellation policy.

A very disappointing experience overall and will not return! First, they said we didn’t book. We showed them our confirmation and they returned 10 min later that they found it. Music was so loud that it’s not possible to enjoy or even communicate with the staff. Meat dishes we chose (lamb chop & short ribs) were both over-cooked - no one asked how we wanted the meat to be done. No communication between the staff which caused lots of confusion (especially relating to the ordering of wines) & frustration for guests.

We booked late as couldn’t get into Roka and hoped Lucky Cat would be as good. What an utter disappointment. Poor service, it took ages to order drinks and them to be served. The maki was a disappointment as was the nigiri. Chewy steak and a horrible aubergine side. The only thing that was tasty was the egg fried rice. There were 4 of us sharing not a great amount of food with 3 glasses of champagne and 1 extremely small glass of wine. The bill was very high considering what we had. Doesn’t even come close to Roka. Avoid this place!

We went to Lucky Cat to celebrate a 50th birthday. We had travelled from Glasgow to London so we had high expectations. We had the Bottomless Brunch. I had alerted the restaurant to the fact that we were celebrating a birthday and also that 2 of our party didn't like prosecco. When we arrived, I checked that our message was received, which it was. Our 2 non-prosecco drinking friends had red wine. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. Our birthday girl had a lovely surprise piece of delicious cake provided by the restaurant at no extra charge. We sat for 3 hours and had a wonderfully memorable day. Thanks to all the staff for making it so special :)

The food was excellent, however we were let down by the substandard service. 1) We had to ask for our drinks order to be taken - then the waitress left without taking the full order (having taken only 3 of the 4 drinks orders) 2) Drinks arrived at different times - for a high quality restaurant like Lucky Cat, you would expect all drinks to arrive at the same time - and the drinks were mixed up (I got my husband's drink). We then had to ask for more drinks once our glasses were empty (rather than the waitress asking us if we wanted anything else). Then the wrong drinks were given to us. 3) Our empty plates were left on the table (I had to ask for them to be cleared), and then our waitress started clearing plates we were still eating from. 4) The waitress did not know what the vegetarian options on the menu were. 5) We asked specifically for the vegetarian version of egg fried rice (as our daughter is vegetarian), however the rice came with tuna flakes so we had to send it back 6) We had to order our desserts and then our final bill from a different staff member as our waitress was nowhere to be seen Very, very disappointing service from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

We m a lovely restaurant to celebrate a birthday, where the concept is sharing small plates. The food was good, and they were careful with accommodating someone with an allergy. However, our experience was mixed. The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive, and we waited much longer than expected for the bao buns. They mistakenly brought duck buns instead of the tofu ones we ordered for a vegetarian guest, despite confirming the vegetarian options earlier. We chose not to have the duck, and after requesting it, the dish was removed from the bill. While the restaurant was busy with only one waitress in our section, the food and service didn’t quite match the price, though it could have just been an off night.
