Food was ok, but this place needs to decide if it’s a cocktail bar or a restaurant, or simply move the bar away from the restaurant. Staff need to pay attention to diners. I thought we were going for a nice meal, instead I just felt stressed out. First off, we arrived and were asked to wait in the bar area. It was very busy, we couldn’t get a drink, we couldn’t even get to the bar. There was a big group of rowdy people in, and severs were having to push past them and us to get through with food. After 30 mins we finally got a drink. We were then shown our table, which was pretty much in the bar area, I explained I couldn’t enjoy a meal there because I have ADHD and get overwhelmed, the loud music and rowdy people were really triggering my anxiety, so I asked for another table. I was presented one a meter away from the first one. We just took it, it was below a speaker, so obviously I wasn’t heard when I explained about how I experience the world. We sat for 20mins, empty drinks and no menus, eventually a menu was given to us, 20mins later we ordered. Starters came, no cutlery, I had to get up from my table, go to the 5 servers who were just stood there, and ask for knives and forks. No drinks arrived, I looked over to the bar and the drinks are just sat there, so we go over and get our own drinks. No table water, guess what, we got our own. This was just terrible service! We would have spent more money if we were having a nice time but we weren’t, it was too loud, staff weren’t attentive and I just felt stressed. If it was the best food in the world we wouldn’t come back because it was so stressful.

Absolutely great evening. Lovely food and service . Only minus thing is don’t book too late like 10.15pm. Feels rushed and the kitchen closes soon. That’s our fault. Besides that an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

The restaurant decor was beautiful but the bunny chair was really creppy and didn’t match the rest of the decor. The toilets were really messy and not maintained well. Some of the staff seemed lost and unorganised. They didn’t make the experience that special, considering it was my birthday too. The waiters definitely need some team building days which will help the whole vibe of restaurant .

The buffet menu had fantastic starters. The main course sharing dishes were average and felt like something from a generic Chinese takeaway, and were considerably less impressive than the starters. The service started fantastic, and steadily declined. By the time the main courses arrived we were waiting very long times for drinks and service. By the end of our meal, we were waiting an additional half an hour for coffees and the bill, despite chasing several times. Mid way through the main course, a waiter came and just took my plate away without warning, even though we were still eating as a table and no one else’s dinnerware was being cleared - very odd. A lot of potential at this restaurant, unfortunately let down by the quality of the mains and service near the end of the evening. That being said, the lady who sat us was very friendly and accommodating, and it was a lovely surprise to be brought ice cream and sparklers for a joint birthday we were celebrating.

Lovely Time. Food Was Good. Starters was lovely. A Little Dissappointed With The Sanpei Chicken For The Main, it was bland and the chicken tasted boiled. no flavour. however the Nyonya Lamb was delicious

Wow! This place is gorgeous. The décor is sumptuous and pretty, the staff were all very attentive and friendly and the food was really really gorgeous. I'll definitely be going back.
