MAASS by Chef Ryan Ratino brings a MICHELIN-accoladed team to Fort Lauderdale focusing on ingredients sourced from the finest markets. Craft cocktails and an award-winning wine list compliment the refined menu and served with warm hospitality.

Prepare to indulge in an unforgettable tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Ryan Ratino. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but need at least 2 days notice to prepare.                                                             MAASS is quite possibly, the best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale! The food is delicious and oh so elegantly prepared. The artistry the chefs exhibit in their food creations, is nothing less than perfection. The combined flavors are truly a culinary delight. And the service, is incredibly efficient and attentive. The entire staff is professional, yet personal. What an experience it was for me, sitting at the Chef's counter for their "tasting menu". For I was served exceptionally prepared dishes over the course of the evening. All of which, were more impressive than the last. Thank you MAASS, for an unforgettable dining experience in such a beautiful restaurant and location.

                                                            We dined for brunch and had an overall great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was absolutely amazing. Although we found the restaurant to be very nice, my only issue was with the amount of mold growing on, and surrounding their AC vents. I’m sure this is mostly caused by the overwhelming amount of humidity from outside and is probably expected when dining in the beach. We can’t wait to go back and experience their dinner service.

                                                            Incredible dinner, perfect in every way. If you look at the menu online it might feel a little limiting but once the food starts coming in it is clear to just trust the chef. In a land of Sysco food this stands out at worthy of the view. Highly recommended.
