   All was delicious as always - one of the best restaurants in Aspen. Food and service and people ALWAYS the best!!! Our fave! One hiccup tonight - ordered Surf and Turf roll and it had truffle oil - and it didn’t say it on the menu nor were we asked about food issues - argh, truffles a no go in a big way for me - and it was on the table!!! All forgiven - still the best place in town - just note truffles in that roll so truffle lovers will thrilled and I’ll be warned. All love - just no truffles please. (I know, I’m the only guy that can’t do truffles).

   Another great meal! The decor is beautiful. This is a hidden gem in Aspen. Kudos to the chefs and staff for making us feel special and making the evening that much more enjoyable.

   Great atmosphere and the food is fabulous!! This is my favorite place to eat in Aspen. We ended up ordering a bunch of different items and sharing this time. The lamb chop, salmon cakes, wagyu beef, and sushi rolls were our favorites this time. Def a must add to your next visit.

   Our food this evening was good but a bit strange of a menu. The food runners were not competent & just basically tossed our dishes on the table. Also, they should use smaller plates and serve you the sushi you ordered, not mix up everyone's on the same plate. There were 5 of us so this was inconvenient & confusing sometimes.

   The music was far too loud for a dining establishment and much more appropriate for a late night experience. We felt the service was rushed and staff were pushing us out to turn the table.

   Waited 35 minutes for our reservation. They told us they couldn’t seat us because they were holding it for other groups. So we left. I’ve eaten at madame Ushi before and the food was good. The drinks were awesome. Just wouldn’t recommend making a reservation or depending on them to seat you for your reservation.

   Food was fantastic. It was expensive but well worth the money spent. Service was a bit quicker than I like but we moved tables and we knew it was reserved for another group so it was understandable.

    Food was amazing and the staff was eager to meet every request. They did happen to bring us a dish and extra that was never ordered by my table then it some how ended up on the bill…no big deal the food and drinks were great but that was a bit odd. I would defiantly come back.
