   It has been a long time since I’ve sent anything back in a restaurant. I don’t believe I’ve ever in my life experienced an entire tables food coming out cold. We ordered about $300 in drinks and more than that in food. A dish would come out and it would be cold. We’d let the server know and they would promise it wouldn’t happen again. Finally entrees come out for all six of us and everyone was cold. So cold in fact that our bone marrow was congealed to a solid…. They repeatedly told us they were under staffed due to the patio being opened last minute. Why would they not staff accordingly if you planned to make that kind of decisions. You have a restaurant full of reservations that suffered. Worst part is we only saw a manager once and then waited 20mins before just asking for the bill and leaving. Thankfully we were able to find food down the block due to us all being starving. Made for an adventurous evening to celebrate a birthday. At least the cocktails were nice despite them taking forever. Good luck choosing a wine they were out of all of them. I attempted to order several expensive wines without any luck. Just a disaster. Heartbroken really. We were very much looking forward to this celebration dinner.

   Paellas are great, I would order all of them if with a group. Food was unique and delicious. We were seated on the top floor of the restaurant which has a cool vibe but one in our group has mobility issues and it was difficult for them to climb that number of steep stairs. They should let people know that they could be climbing 3 flights of steep stairs and ask if anyone has mobility issues before they seat anyone in that area.

   We had a fantastic experience. We had the stuffed dates and the charcuterie board which were two great choices. We also had the hazelnut ice cream along with the Manchego cheese and onion chutney dessert. The ambiance is wonderful and euro-teriffic. The service was friendly and diligent. I hate that I cannot remember my server's name, but she was extremely knowledgeable, kind and over-all friendly. I would love to return here often. They also have an amazing selection of sherry!

   Amazing, creative and delicious dishes and stand up service! The staff is super friendly and fun. The space is gorgeous. Such a beautiful wicker park classic! It NEVER fails!

   Awkward seating. We were seated at a huge table and when asked to change we were told that the other table were for reserved guests. Incidentally we also had advance reservations for four. Needless to say the dinner was spent periodically having to shout across the table to be heard. Our food was served timely but some items were not as good. Will not recommend the flat bread and the Tuna Tatar but the rest of items we ordered were very good.

   Terrific experience. Expensive as Spanish restaurants/tapas go, but very high quality and a funky comfortable ambience that works well. Paella was at an exceptional quality and thoroughly authentic for Valencia and surroundings. The “5 jotas” jamón iberico lived up to its rating and is a special treat for this side of the pond. Well matched wines: the sommelier did his/her homework. These were not routine choices and were of fine character. A return visit mos def in the works!

   The valentines menu was fine, the wine offerings were not amazing they were ok. I wish they had 2 dessert options to select from. Overall ok but not wow

   Great food and service! Some things were sold out and it was a little chilly upstairs, but overall a great experience. Servers were knowledgeable and made good recommendations.

    Place was cool, but the foodrunner kept coming to our table while we were still eating. At one point a main entree was delivered, minutes later the foodrunner was asking if he could take away the plate. Also the foodrunner was just ok and kinda cold, meats were over cooked.
