- 【ケータリング】Our Catering Menu features California cuisine influenced by the adventurous spirit of Latin-Asian fare. We draw inspiration from local agriculture and the cultures of the San Francisco Bay Area through bold flavors and local ingredients. Executive Chef Adam Ornellas, born and raised in San Jose, California, has said that the Manzanita menu captures the melting pot of Silicon Valley on paper. Much like the Manzanita trees and shrubs that boast a rich history in California, the menu will be known for its unique and colorful contrasts, a mix of authentic flavors that Chef Ornellas spent years honing with Chef Morimoto at his restaurant in Napa Valley. Our offerings can be customized to your needs by your own Catering Sales Manager who will guide you through all of your options.

Latin-Asian cooking with a Californian influence, Manzanita evolves into an interactive gathering place as the day and menu turns. This new indoor/outdoor dining concept at Sonesta brings forth elevated street food that balances complexity with familiarity, drawing from the spicy and bold flavors of the San Francisco Bay Area. Manzanita offers a welcoming atmosphere featuring lounge and communal seating with full connectivity - to people, place and food. Manzanita serves shared plates, snacks, to-go items, cocktails, and inspired beverages. Whether it’s a casual get together over happy hour at the bar or a corporate event on our patio, we are able to accommodate your needs. We can arrange events for small groups within the dining room up to 20 people and for groups over 30 for a private reception under the stars. Manzanita is also available for evening buy-outs.
