Marc Bar and Restaurant, the southern-inspired bar and chophouse, is situated within the resort’s 16th century-styled château and winery.

Marc features a curated list of wine, champagne, beer and an exclusive assortment of inventive cocktails. Featuring fresh sips such as the Bulldog Smash, Marc-hattan, Mexican Martini and more.

The cuisine at Marc features hand-selected steaks and southern-inspired dishes, as well as desserts, perfect for sharing or savoring alone.

    We had the filet mignon, ribeye, scallops, mac & cheese and Brussel sprouts. The steaks were the star of the show. Very well seasoned and cooked to the perfect temperature (medium). Recommend sharing the sides as they are Al la carte. I never write reviews but Jessie our waitress went above and beyond the entire night and made the experience. From finding us an alternative dessert to celebrate our anniversary to taking our pictures, she really is worth coming back for. Highly recommend!

    Our server Rachel was welcoming and provided superior service. The food was phenomenal. We had the red snapper and rib eye bothe prepared exquisitely.

    Food and service were excellent. The entertainment (sax player) was too loud. The tables were too close together to have an intimate conversation.

    Our server was very attentive and offered good suggestions. The ribeye was tasty. The Brussels sprouts were about the best I’ve had. My espresso martini was super good.

    Drove up from Atlanta to have a birthday lunch with family, in late January. At 1:00, we were the only people in the restaurant during our entire meal. Service was spot-on. Hassan was pleasant, attentive, polite, and helpful with info about menu items. Also they were very accommodating of all special requests in our food order. We ordered a bottle of the Chateau Elan brut prosecco before we ordered lunch, and were not disappointed (other than it could have been a little more chilled). The food was absolutely delicious. Between the 4 of us, we had 1 Crab Benedict, 2 Hot Honey Fried Chicken Biscuits, and 1 Waffle Board. Portions were very generous, nicely presented, and tasty all-around. Also, they brought us each a complimentary glass of their sparkling rose, w/ a delicious strawberry garnish, after we were done eating. It was the perfect gift to add to our birthday celebration. Overall, we ALL thought it was an excellent experience. We'll definitely dine there again; maybe a little earlier if it's a Sunday, since they close promptly at 2:00. p.s. reservations made via OpenTable
