    We were looking for a quieter experience with great food and we were happy. My friends loved their dishes. I had the cazuela which was perfectly flavored and cooked. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. We would come back!

    When we arrived the restaurant was empty. The ambience very simple and we wondered if the reviews were accurate. Much to our delight the food, service and ambience were wonderful. By the way the restaurant was packed within 20 minutes of our arrival.

    Marcella has been our favorite restaurant in the San Juan Area! Food Quality, Presentation and Taste is Top! Service is also very good and they have attention to detail.

    Food was wonderful and the service excellent. We arrived shortly after opening so we received lots of attention from the staff. The place was half full by the time we finished our meal. Fabulous Margaritas and tasty oysters to start, and the lamb dish was incredible.

    Be ready to spend 3-4 hours. Yes. That long. Very slow. Our group rated the food from excellent to ok (drunk chicken very dry). Oysters were amazing, as was the special, set dinner.
