   This was our first visit and we couldn’t rate them highly enough. Attentive service but not ‘over hover-y’, amazing range of cheeses, stunning cocktails, delicious deserts and buzzy atmosphere. Noise levels were moderate but that’s because everyone was having a great time. We had the cheese and charcuterie board and the only issue was narrowing down our choices and then eating the generous servings (go hungry). It came with a much wider range of accompaniments, all excellent, than you’d usually get with a ‘cheese board’ (this could not be classed as simply a cheese board!) including picallilli and olives that were divine.

   We had a superb Lunch served by the most amazing wine waiter who was incredible teamed without standing knowledge of the world of wines. He’s an asset to your company. We can’t wait to return.

   The restaurant was too cold . When I had to ask for my coat back the pleasant waiter did say he'd turned the heating up. The service was very slow despite it being almost empty when we arrived. The food when it came was very good. The waiters were very friendly. I would not revisit.

   Fantastic service, fantastic food. Have a lovely Valentine’s Day evening here. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for great cheese, wine, and service. Oh yes, and make sure you get the olives!

   We dined here to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Valentines Day. It was absolutely first-class in every respect. The service was exemplary. Young polite staff who were super knowledgable about the wine and cheese. The two owners came to greet us and were charming and welcoming. The cheese and charcuterie were revelations. Just excellent. The young sommelier guided me to excellent some wines and was very impressive. Desserts were fabulous. Probably the best night out we've had in Winchester. Thank you

   Alexio and his team gave us a fabulous evening and Ashley, the driver who took us home, made us feel very special. We're definitely heading back.

   Luxury Dining at Its Finest Margaux exceeded all expectations. From the deluxe ride with our professional and friendly chauffeur (amazing concierge service), Ashley, to the impeccable service that made us feel like royalty, every detail was perfection. The elegant ambiance and exquisite cuisine completed an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for world-class dining and hospitality, Margaux is a must-visit!

    Enjoyable first experience. Cheese and charcuterie sharing board for 2 was more filling than expected. Good ambience as the evening went on and staff very attentive. One disappointment was that they only had one bottle of the wine we were drinking so we had to switch but very apologetic about this. Would like to see wine flight and a drink and food tasting experience introduced to the menu as this would be a lovely way to sample more of the extensive wines and cheese on the menu.
