Mariano’s Hacienda is a traditional Tex-Mex restaurant in Dallas dishing up Texas ranch cuisine amidst authentic ranch décor. Whether you’re looking for Southwestern classics like flame-roasted poblano stuffed with grilled chicken, steak fajitas or mesquite grilled camarones carlos y charlies with epazote white rice, the wide variety of dishes available at Mariano’s Hacienda will have something you’ll enjoy. Mariano’s also serves a wide variety of signature margaritas, curated by the founder of the restaurant, and inventor of the frozen margarita machine.



Focusing on mesquite whole logs, locally-sourced, farm-fresh produce and quality meats, Mariano’s Hacienda has been offering innovative dishes since opening in 1971. Mariano’s also offers a kids’ menu and has a private room for special events that you can contact the restaurant to reserve.

                                The table side guacamole & the Mariano queso are must have appetizers. Our meals were wonderful & the service was outstanding. Angel took great care of us, as did the manager who stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay.

                                Marianos has great variety of drink selection and fabulous margaritas. The food always fresh and delicious. For Tex mex food, can’t go wrong eating at Marianos. Ask for Maricel to serve you.

                                Late lunch, it was good, Food good, but I didn't realize porch seating was enclosed. We sat inside and it was really cold and dark.

                                I've been here in the past, but this time the food was particularly exceptional. The atmosphere was lively and fun. Our server was patient, even though we moved tables on him, and he always made sure our beverages were filled. He engaged with us in a warm way and made our visit relaxing. I love their chips and salsa, which is a key component to any Mexican food restaurant. If the chips and salsa aren't great, the whole experience is lessened. Luckily, the chips and salsa were delicious. One unexpected surprise was the amazing mixed veggies. Usually these are bland and sidenote , but the ones here are worthy of a repeat visit. The bean soup was so yummy that I plan on coming back just for those two things alone. I chowed down on the generous portions and didn't even touch my enchiladas because I was enjoying them so much. They're in the to go box to enjoy later. I'm putting Mariano's back in rotation. Well done.

                                Food was good. Menu needs more choices. Prices are a bit higher than other Tex Mex restaurants with better menu offerings. I was very impressed with the service! Very friendly and very attentive! I would return for the service, alone!

                                Had a much better experience - super attentive waiter, quick drink service, and food was plentiful. We had almost written this place off but they seemed to have improved greatly since our last two mediocre to miserable visits
