    多くのアメリカのステーキハウスと同じ様に、照明が暗いレストラン。 一階はバーを兼ねていて、食事は地下で。 ロブスターカクテルが非常に美味しかった。 ステーキも問題なし。となると、コスパはまあまあかな。 新しいので、気持ち良い雰囲気です。

    The service at this restaurant was atrocious last night. Had ti ask for everything 3 times and they still forgot. Food was good once we got it. But we’re not going back. They have a lot of work to do there.

    Mastro’s has slowly started to go down hill in NYC. The food is fine and the service was good. The ambiance was more casual than in years past. More so just a tourist spot didn’t seem like fine dining what so ever. Sadly I don’t think I will be back to this location.

    Visiting NY, and found Mastro’s online, but have heard of it before and I wanted to check it out. Glad we did, got the Onion Soup and Ribeye, wife got the Filet. We will be back on our next visit.

    Amazing experience at Mastro’s NYC. I patronize all locations. But this is the best. I have regularly held 4 biz dinners here a month for decades. They have live music, and great service at the front desk, bar, and tables. You can enjoy seeing the game in the distance if you are a sports fan. The live music is sometimes hard to distinguish from the original artist. The food is perfect- consistently. There is always something that fits everyone- carnivore, vegan, keto, gluten-free. My favs- seafood tower, shrimp cocktail, meatball, cream spinach, pretzel bread, butter cake, and a cold glass of champagne. My favorite waiter I always request is Julian. I can tell him the pace of the dinner- get us out of here, going to a show, or slow and easy. He anticipates needs and checks back frequently. Tillman should have him teach a masterclass at other locations. I am a Houston native who spends 3 months a year in NYC. Mastros is like a home away from home.

    The waiter, managers, sexyness of restaurant incredible. The only thing I was upset about... when I asked for more bread and had taken the rest Togo, there was a small $5 dollar change. It doesn't make a customer feel great after spending $150. But the night was amazing!!!!

    Been to Mastro’s a few times so this was no new rodeo. We were placed near the stairs to the lower level which was a little bothersome. That area also drafty and there are some blinking lights (probably the LED lights that are about to fail they flicker like that). The service team was attentive and thorough. The server missed out on my wives birthday even though someone from the restaurant called me to tell me that no outside cakes were allowed and a dessert would be provided complimentary. I asked and got it but the opportunity for surprise was gone. In the end my lapel was lost from my checked coat and someone from the staff ran out to give us two personalized menus to commemorate the evening the said Happy Birthday Bryant😕. Neither I nor my wife is named Bryant. Other than that things were fine.

    We spent 2 hours for dinner and watched everyone around us that got there after us get their dinners while we waited. Jason our server never said a word until after Brian the wine guy apologized but both continued to serve the table next to us. They did however comped us 2 glasses of wine. We’ve been to Mastro’s in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas both were excellent. I was very much disappointed I the New York location.
