Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

全てのお料理が繊細かつ複雑な味でとても満足しました。特にえんどう豆とミントのスープは、ミントの香りのバランスが良くてとても美味しかったです。

街角のビストロといった感じ。営業時間はあるかもしれないが通しで営業している感じです。3時過ぎとか半端な時間でもお客さん結構入って来てました。

Es un lindo lugar, moderno e interesante en su concepto y propuesta gastronómica. Un menú que no se parece a ningún otro, innovador y, de nuevo, interesante. Los precios me parecen elevados aunque las porciones son generosas y los ingredientes son de calidad. La decoración es agradable y el nivel de ruido es manejable, aunque las mesas están muy cerca unas de otras, reduciendo la privacidad. En general, una buena experiencia.

The food and ambiance was amazing! Service was a bit slower than we would’ve liked. Our reservation was on a Monday and we spent over three hours at this restaurant. Would love to come back for the risotto🤤

Unbelievable experience. Service is terrible but everything else is top notch. Had to beg the waiter to pay attention to us but it’s some of the best food I’ve had in my life.

Amazing amazing amazing- the food, wine, service, ambience, everything. We went for dinner and ordered the sweet onion cooked in whey, roasted baby corn, tagliatelle with oxtail ragú, and wood grilled wagyu cross NY strip steak. Everything was excellent - definitely one of the top three if not the best meal we’ve had so far in Mexico City (and we’ve been to top rated/ Michelin recognized places almost every night). Well done, Maximo! We’ll be back! 🤗💕
