We’ve been to MEC several times. Always outstanding. Incredibly flavorful, creative dishes. Lamb chops to die for. Great cocktails. The servers and staff are all warm and funny, makes for a great experience!

We loved our experience. Our waiter was excellent, and so was the food. I have a food allergy, and the staff was very careful and kind to accommodate me. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Portland.

Great service, cocktails and menu. Everything we ordered was fantastic - don’t sleep on the carrots, they were the best. The pistachio cake- also a hit! Looking forward to coming back.

Always enjoy our dining experience at MEC! We are locals that bring any visiting family and friends to experience the Mediterranean cuisine. And being Lebanese we fully understand and appreciate the MECs offerings of fun and thoughtful twists to some very traditional dishes! Love the few rotating menu items while keeping some of the staples! Great service to make it all five stars!

Everything about this place is top of the line. The food, service, and scene are what we wanted for our anniversary and this place exceeded our expectations. Next time we are in town, we will be back.

Attention! Attention to detail. Attention to customers. And attention to flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They handled a tricky wine cork with aplomb. We chose the tasting menu - and we’re not disappointed. The dishes were flavorful and amazing. The broccoli raab was pleasantly smoky and charred to perfection. The hamachi crisp was buttery and the octopus was fork-tender and perfectly prepared. The desserts were great…but the olive oil cake which Curtis was unreal! My friend had been there before but it was my first time - and it won’t be the last. I highly recommend this eclectic and flavorful restaurant.

Zeth cooked Nadia and I the best lamb chop we have ever eaten. Snaps for the whole kitchen. We adore you! Highly recommend and we would go again. :)
