Once the Metropolitan News Agency on Cypress, MERCURI 109 with Chef Joe Mercuri is a bar-à-manger seating 23 in Montreal’s financial district. Our mission is to provide an experience based on pleasure and satisfaction; a fine-dining intimate eatery where a sense of exclusivity is felt the minute you take your seat at the granite bar, or at one of our two hand-made wooden tables.

Behind the bar & in front of you to observe, a repertory of ingredients is prepared with French-technique, as creations give ode to Chef’s Italian roots and his appeal to local Asian flavors.

Passion and curiosity (traits synonymous to Mercuri’s magnetic personality), come to life through prance and charm in a kitchen reflecting the cultural mosaic our attractive Montréal is famous for.

Totally disappointing!!! I have booked a reservation for 2, we wanted to celebrate my bf’s accomplishment. Door was closed, no lights inside, no answer to the phone calls, no email advising us that it would be closed?!? It’s a zero for me!

we had cfm reservation but when we show up the restaurant was close we had left 2 messages on there phone to reconfirm but never r got a phone call back lousy lousy

The restaurant was closed…without any notice. The staff was inside, we waved from the window and they just told us to leave with their hands without opening the door while it was -30c outside…what a lack of respect.

The restaurant was close without any heads up. This is ridiculous. Take a credit for no shows. But, showing up for a business lunch with a client. The restaurant closed what a joke!

I have rated the restaurant 1 star because I had a confirmed Opentable reservation on January 28th but never got to eat there. I even received Opentable reminders that the restaurant was expecting us. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. When I called, the voicemail box was full. I still don’t know what is the situation there because I have not heard back from the restaurant nor Opentable to who I sent an email telling them the restaurant was closed.

I had been here before so excited to go back with my mom for her birthday and we got there and restaurant was closed no notice on door or website. Was so disappointed.

Top Essen. Cooles Ambiente. Man sitzt teilweise an der Bar und kann den Köchen über die Schulter schauen. Tolle Weinkarte.
