Metropoleは、古代の暖炉調理の現代版を実践するレストランです。エグゼクティブシェフのJared Bennett率いるチームのメニューは、特注の炉床で調理した料理が中心になっています。地域の持続可能な農家や生産者を紹介するため、巧みに編集されたMetropoleのメニューには炉床で焼いた肉、魚、野菜、穀類、自家製の肉加工食品が含まれ、メニューは常に変化します。ドリンクメニューには、クラフトビールやカクテル、バーボン、厳選された旧世界と新世界のワインを用意しています。

    My wife and I aren’t fish/seafood eaters and the majority of the appetizers and many of the entrees were fish related.

    I enjoyed my personal Thanksgiving meal very much. Everything was lovely. The only thing that could have been better was the dessert, the Cardamom Apple Crisp.

    I’ve never had a bad experience at Metropole. The food is always perfect and that staff is amazing. Highly recommended!!

    Great experience for my wife's bday. Server was very considerate of our time as we had to catch a show across the street. Food was delicious and coursed out nicely. Only criticism is that some of the tables are so close together that it was difficult to even get in and out without disturbing the table next to us.

    The food was amazing as well as the service. From the front hosts to the wait staff and the food servers, everything was excellent.
