Service really brought down the experience. We had to ask for water multiple times, we asked for chips multiple times. We also needed to wave someone down to get our check who wasn’t our waiter.

Muy mala era la primera vez que iba y no pienso volver el menú pésimo 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ no me gusto el ambiente aparte reservamos una mesa para 10 y pudimos entrar alas 11:30 aunque la comida no se demoró mucho no era lo que esperaba de verdad fatal 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Great food and ambience. Drinks were fun and tasted good. Service was good and we got sat right at our time of reservation. Service was great and live music was perfect for the evening.

Automatic 20% tip for the group, but slow service, warm white wine, and had to repeatedly ask for water. Food was also average.

I entertained a party of 10 for a business dinner and made reservations three weeks prior. We were seated right away and immediately served drinks, however, our food took a very long time to arrive and unfortunately, it did not come out all at the same time. There was at least almost 15 minutes from the first dish to the last so therefore the first dish was cold. Also, the first dish served was the Carne Asada, which the server did not bring out the tortillas and we could not get the server’s attention. I too ordered the Carne Asada and it was super tough and dry, and hard to cut. There is no way that meal was worth the $36 charged as it was one big piece of flat meat and the side of guacamole and beans came in little silver cups. The chicken filling in the green chili enchiladas dinner was very, very minimal; it was mostly tortilla and sauce. The servers were very apologetic so I believe this to be an issue with the kitchen and management. One of the servers explained to me that they were not prepared/staffed for the large conference that was in town. I had tried following up with the restaurant three times within the three weeks leading up to the dinner with no return calls or emails. I did not see the final bill as one of my partners paid for it, but it was over $1k with multiple appetizers, meals and alcohol. Hugely disappointing experience for us all.

Delays in food service, inconsistent timing, and issues with the Carne Asada and enchiladas are not the standards we strive for. Your feedback points out areas we need to improve, and we’re already addressing these issues with our kitchen team. Not the best experience, but Kevin the manager was awesome! Steak was well over cooked and waitress was super clumsy and spilt my drink all over my leg and table

I love this place! The staff were all competent knowledgeable and friendly without being too friendly or having an attitude. Outstanding food - no massive sides or rice and beans here rather carefully created sauces and unique dishes while some more familiar dishes. Outstanding drinks!

The food and drinks were amazing but the service was bad. The waitress was slow to bring our drinks out and once our food came out it’s like she forgot about us. Then at the end of the night she became very rude. The live music adds a nice experience. I wish they had better service!
