日本でおよそ1世紀前に開発された炙り、または表面のみ焼いた寿司専門のレストランです。直に、あるいは軽く焼くことで、魚の自然の風味を増すことで知られています。Mikuのオーナーの中村正剛さんは、それぞれの魚の独特の味を生かすため、非伝統的な日本の食材を使用した特別なソースを作り、炙りのコンセプトを革新しました。 Miku Restaurantは、Pan Pacific Hotel、カナダプレイス、トレード＆エキシビジョンセンター、IMAXシアター、クルーズ船ターミナル、シーバス（海上バス）から徒歩圏内です。ダウンダウンでショッピングの際に、休憩やランチにぜひお越しください。 Howe StreetとCanada Place Wayの角に入り口があり、カナダプレイスのクルーズ船の東ターミナルを見渡せます。 **テーブルは予約時間の15分後まで確保しますが、それ以降は他のお客様へ席を開放します。

    Join us for an exclusive sake-pairing dinner at our Sushi Bar! Enjoy a curated sake pairing dinner with selections exclusively from Northern Japan. The cool climate lends to a fine, smooth profile with an elegance matched by few. The dishes in the 5-course Kaiseki have been carefully curated with the sake in mind and a focus on seasonality and regionality. This two-hour dining experience is available for a limited time, from November 24 to November 30, with seating at our sushi bar. The cost is $225 per person, with taxes and gratuity included. Please notify the Miku team beforehand if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests.

    店内は騒がし過ぎず、かなり活気がある。店員さんは親切、日本語にも対応できる。料理はちゃんと手がかかっている。味付けは外人も好むような、でも日本人でもウケる絶妙なバランス。リピーターも多い。

    確かに炙り寿司は美味しかったですが、日本人が食べに行く日本食としてはアレンジが多すぎて、純粋な日本食としては楽しめなかったです。デートとかパーティー用にオススメなスポットです。

    予約が取れずらいので、お早めに。 生物が食べれない私に、炙り寿司が興味深い。でも、一貫が小さく、マヨネーズが全品に付いてる。 日本人には期待外れなお店でした。 とっても忙しく、落ち着かない。 ホステスは、雑な対応。 観光客向けですね。 お勧めのテーブルは、海沿い。北バンクーバーの景色が、いいです。雪山の景色が素敵ですが、窓は汚かった。

    No taste at all. I don’t understand who likes these dishes. My worst restaurant experience. I would prefer my grand mom’s simple bread instead of any dish in this place. Would never recommend and will definitely share with my friends as my most ridiculous day.

    The restaurant is in a wonderful location with a nice view. The food is similar to that at Miku's sister restaurant Minami and excellent. Unlike Minami, the noise level is minimal, which makes for a better dining experience. For these few positives, one does pay more. Food is slightly more expensive.

    Celebrated my birthday there. The food was good. Amazing lamb chops and dessert. The prime rib could be better. The view was amazing.
