Welcome to Milaanj at The Beehive Restaurant & Pub, one of the top 50 gastropub's and reference in Michelin guide.

We bring to you an exciting edit of global dishes, masterfully elevated with Indian flavours, that are interpreted through a modernist lens. Not sure how long The Beehive has been under new ownership and converted to an Indian fusion restaurant but I have to say the experience was excellent, service, food and overall setting. Rather quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime but it was well worth the visit.

First time eating here since the change to Asian / Indian fusion. Fabulous food and wonderful service.

We've eaten at The Beehive a few times now but this was the first time of trying Milaanj. If you're looking for a chicken korma or vindaloo, this isn't the restaurant for you. Ruchi, the new owner, has devised a scrumptious menu with delicate flavours and a far cry from any other Indian restaurant near by. We had an early table and there were only a handful of other diners but the tables are set with lots of space if it's busier. The cocktails were good too. Thanks Ruchi for sending me a masala bun and sun dried tomato butter when I was in hospital locally. My husband had eaten there on his way to visit me and called in to have dinner with you. A very kind thought, especially as I told you how delicious it was on our last visit. See you soon.

Had a delicious Diwali dinner here this week - the restaurant had been beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was great and the food, as it arrived, was all immaculately presented and tasted wonderful. I can't say that every dish was to every one's taste....but that is the point of these evenings, isn't it, to try lots of new things and see what you think. Overall a brilliant evening and hope they hold another one next year!

We like this restaurant and particularly the people. I have already reviewed it a couple of times as to how much we enjoy. It's a bit of a drive for us so we don't get there as often as we would like; but when we do we have never been disappointed. We visited for the Diwali feast menu. Superb. It should come with a couch for a little lie down afterwards. We were suitably stuffed with foods with amazing flavours. I noticed something and commented to my wife. When the food arrived on the various tables the people stopped chatting and concentrated on the eating. I think we probably did that also only to discuss the food itself.

Amazing food and outstanding service from Ruchi and Team Milaanj! We had Railway cutlets and lamb kebabs to start with and they were very tasty. The Isle of Wight salad is simply superb and so was the masala sole for the mains! A crummy unique twist and one should savour this delicacy to appreciate further ! Overall a wonderful evening with amazing food. Thank you !
