    Everything about our experience was top-notch. The service was amazing, our cocktails were perfectly crafted, and the meal was incredible. I had the tri-tip and my husband had the lamb. One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Must try!

    Understandably arrived at the end a long weekend, however having had a reservation for a few weeks, it would’ve been appreciated to be notified before being seated that more than half the menu is no longer available. Furthermore, due to dietary restriction there is little left that we could eat. The waitress was hard to get a hold of to place orders or answer any questions. There is an unwillingness to make modification, which I understand are difficult for the kitchen. However, when a few things remain available on the menu, it would be appropriate to accommodate Guest. One of the drinks we ordered was so watered down. It tasted like nothing. Looked forward to dining at Mistura for a few weeks leading up to this weekend, ended up, leaving with a very bad impression.

    we hoped to have a peaceful valentine's dinner, but were surprised when loud music bursted all of a sudden.. Service was slow. The paella was very dry! the steak was soggy and not well cooked.

    The service was moderately slow and our waiters forgetting a few items we'd asked for including bringing salt to the table. It is unusual for a restaurant to not have salt on the table. Would save time and walking energy

    I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I made a reservation months in advance. They first acted like I made it for an outside table then acted like I didn't even have a reservation though my name was right there on their screen. NEVER again!

    I had lunch here. The cousin is based on Peruvian cuisine but a lot of fusion is going on. The pisco cocktails were fantastic. The menu has myriads of different types of appetizers that you could just order a few of them and mimic a tapas bar and get fed full with different cold and hot options. The main dishes were versatile. I tried the bass escabeche, which was fantastic and ordered the lamb shank and had it for the night, which was also good. They make their deserts in the house, and they are pretty sophisticated with South American / tropical fruit flavors. My only grievance is that they did not offer espresso coffee! Overall, very well rounded restaurant with good menu that is a gem in SLO. I would definitely go back there in my every pass through the city on my way to LA.
