    The staff seems to be disorganized. They had missed our order ticket!!! We had to wait for our food for almost an hour, so the point of reservation to not wait in long line was lost due to negligence! Though there was i cue, I think it is still manageable but the staff are spinning around and seemed lost. Everything we asked for, from house tea to water, to take aways had to be requested multiple time before we received it. We had already lost our appetite so I cannot say if the food is good or not. This is our 1st time that the family were not able to finish off the food most specially the dimsum that we had to do take away. 😞
