I’ve been to this location twice now, first with my husband and this time with a group of friends. I had a nice experience with both visits. Everything my groups ordered both times was delicious. The first time I had a very attentive waitress, we went during lunch time and it wasn’t too busy, she made recommendations and checked in often. The second time we had a pretty new waiter, he didn’t know that there was happy hour when we arrived and the discount ended up not being added to our bill, he also didn’t check in often and we ended up having someone else (maybe the bartender) helping us more. Overall both experiences were nice and I will be back. One thing for diners to be aware of is that the seats are all bench style without a back, they may have seats with backs they can bring out but if anyone needs the extra support this might not be a great dining experience for them.

The food was excellent! The ramen was fantastic, and we were really excited to try this place. 🍜 Unfortunately, the service left us in hot water. One person in our party didn’t receive their food for 20 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the door was left open repeatedly, even after we asked if it could be closed, which made it hard to enjoy the meal fully. Hopefully, these small issues can be solved because the food itself deserves the spotlight!”

Server missed half our order. I understand it was loud but when there are five people dining don’t you confirm if you only have three entrees?

I went in for a birthday dinner. To start off somehow the high top table I had reserved was given away and we had to sit in a low top two seater, which I don’t like because they are very squished together. Luckily, they were able to move us to a booth. As for the food, I always love the popcorn shrimp and the Brussels sprouts as apps and their ramen is to die for, especially their all star ramen. The broth is so hearty and soul nourishing on a cold winters day and the ramen eggs are cooked to perfection! The service was inconsistent. First, they rushed us out, saying they needed the table for another reservation, even though they had given away my original table. And then, I had noted on my reservation that it was a birthday celebration, but the server never brought anything out. I asked a manager afterward and they were like “oh yes, we bring out a slice of cheesecake,” but at that point we had already paid so they could only give it to us in a to go box. Definitely not as special.

Overpriced for the quality of food. They delivered our ramen when we were only half through appetizers.

Food was delicious - we had been here before and it did not disappoint. However the service was very slow to lacking. Our sever took forever to come by for anything - order, water refill, check. It may have just been her because other tables with other servers were much more efficient and tended to. I had asked for the yellowtail to be more raw and the server bringing the food to the table immediately filled the fish onto the hot bowl and cooked most of it. This was articulated with the server when I put in the order and the woman that brought out the dishes didn’t seem to have gotten the note and immediately flipped the fish. The ambiance was good and food excellent, service was severely lacking. So it was overall disappointing as a total experience.

I did reservation for afternoon but I didn’t have to because no one was there. The guy took me and my boyfriend to the seat wasn’t friendly didn’t talk to us just sat us down. The waiter we had was okay he did fill our glass water but never came back to see how we were. The ramen was good, hot. The appetizers: the sticky ribs was really good the flavor with the meat melt in your mouth, duck tacos could have been better it was tough meat, shishito pepper was really spicy every bite I could not eat it much longer. Overall the food is good.

Our table was wonderful. The service started off great. When the Ramen came only five of the six came out. Our server only put in five orders. We all waited for the last order to eat, which took a bit. Once we began to eat, we all commented on how salty each bowl of Ramen tasted. My sixteen year old loves salt and always wants to over salt. He complained how salty it was. I knew that it was over salted. Chefs ought to taste to check before serving. Last but not left to be addressed. We did not have one actual waiter. It changed three times, wondering who took ownership of asking how everything was or even coming to refill our water as we had to drink a lot of water to wash down the immense salt in our Ramen.

Appetizers were good. Tea was ok. Meals were good, flavorful, presentation was good. Waiter should should explain a little more about the specials if someone says it's their first time there and it's their bday.
