So happy to have Monk's Kettle on our side of the bay! Service was absolutely excellent, vibes were good and we will def be back. This location feels a lot more family friendly than the SF spot, which might be your vibe, or maybe not. Lots of kids around, but when we were there they were all pretty chill. I think all of Rockridge is incredibly stoked to have MK here, because it can be hard to get in if you are aiming for prime time or the weekend. I recommend getting a reservation, at least until the hype wears off. It might not though. This is probably one of the coolest places in the neighborhood. We ordered the burger (which was cooked perfectly) and the chicken sando which was also super tasty. Both of us got the kale salad as a side and it had a nice variety of veggies, great flavor and wasn't over-dressed. Sometimes side salads are kind of depressing, but not this one :). Wonderful restaurant with fabulous neighborhood feel. The food was wonderful, the beer selection great, and the surface top notch. We sat on the patio on its opening day. We booked a table but decided it would be fun to sit at the bar. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We shared ahi tuna burger and fries, but the fries were a little cold. Wish they had a full bar. That being said, we loved the energy and staff.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

We really enjoyed Monk's Kettle. I would describe it as elevated bar food. Vibe is good and service was attentive. My only complaint is the booth seats are pretty uncomfortable! Get chairs if you can. I would gladly go back.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
