Generally have a good experience here but tried the 7oz sirloin last night and was quite dissapointed. It was tough to cut and a third of the small medallion was gristle fat and un-eatable. I informed the waitress and was given $10 off the meal. Not much of a gesture for a bad steak and definitely didn't make the experience any better. I. My daughter chose Montanas for her birthday dinner. Once we got there it took a while for the serve to come over and introduce herself and get our drink order. Once that was done it took approximately 15 minutes to get our drinks. We then placed our food order and it took almost 30 minutes before getting it (Friday night at 7pm, I totally get it!) Once the food came they were missing my youngest daughters pizza. I just assumed she was going back to the kitchen to bring it out as she only has two hands. We waited about 10 minutes before she came back to do a quality check and at that time I mentioned my daughter still didn't get her pizza and we were all waiting for her food before we could eat. At the same time we asked for condiments (for the second time) and drink refills. She went to the kitchen and came back and said "the kitchen forgot to make it, it will be ready in 10". At that time I told my husband and other daughter to start eating and I would wait until the pizza came out for the birthday girl. We then waited another 15 minutes for it to come out. Once she brought it out we mentioned that we still didn't get our drink refills. She said she would be right back. We ended up waiting another 15 minutes before we got our drinks. Unfortunately our server got my order wrong and she was hardly seen for our entire visit. We waited a really long time for our main courses and watched as 2 other couples who came in after us got their meals. When we did get our food mine was stone cold. The manager did take a portion off our bill which was appreciated.
