They somehow lost the open table reservation I had made weeks in advance for my 13 year old’s birthday. The hostess was very flustered and rude, questioning whether or not we had confirmed our reservation and then commented about how ‘lucky’ we were that she could find a table for us. The server tried but the kitchen messed up most of the dishes. Whether wrong portion or ingredients. When it did arrive the food was cold.
