Montana's BBQ & BAR is a Canadian comfort food restaurant and sports bar that is famous for barbecue cuisine. Both food and service were great. It was a weekday evening, so not very busy. We were well tended to throughout our stay. They were also able to accommodate our group of 8 with very little notice. It was a great time at one of our most loved family restaurants.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

My husband loved his fish & chips - he got the 2 pieces and the portions were huge. He was therefore quite pleased. I ordered the buttermilk chicken - it was "warm" instead of hot and the portion was smaller than usual. I asked to substitute the caesar salad for the veggies and I was told it wasn't possible because they had different price points. I pointed out on the menu that the have the same price points and was told that it's never been possible. I told her I do it on every visit and asked that she check with her manager. Guess what? Substitution OK. I ordered the triple layer chocolate cake for dessert. We were served something different. I tracked down our server and pointed this out. She said "yes, I know we ran out of the triple layer cake so the kitchen did their best to accommodate you". That's NOT the way it should work. I should be told that they don't have any and asked if I'd like a substitution. The server doesn't get to make that choice for me. Overall I found the server completely uninterested in providing the food I wanted and more determined to do what was easiest for her. Service is generally much better.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
