With vintage in full swing and the golden days of late summer still lingering, autumn has quietly arrived, bringing crisp mornings and a cool shift in the air. To celebrate the season’s rich, hearty flavours, Bernard McCarthy is crafting a Tuscan-inspired feast for the next Chef’s Lunch at Morning Sun. Drawing from the rustic traditions of the Italian countryside, the menu will feature game, earthy, bold & comforting flavours. Starting at midday, the full feast is $95, including expertly paired wines selected by Tony Lee.
