    Food was good, the service was extremely slow. We waited about 30 minutes for our appetizers. Nothing fancy - soup, salad, and a shrimp cocktail. The steaks were ok, the sea bass and chicken were great. We had to flag down the waitress multiple times and then ended up having to ask a different waiter to box up our food and get the check.

    The food was overpriced for what we got. Although we were aware that Morton’s is an expensive steakhouse, the quality of the food was subpar. We were more than willing to pay for quality. We were very disappointed. The lobster was overcooked and tasteless. The lobster Mac &cheese was grainy. The waitress was professional, but not exceptional. For the price that we paid, you should get exceptional service. I do not recommend.

    Not one our favorite visits this time around, unfortunately. A few misses and a very long wait for entrees made for a less than stellar experience. Manager took off what we didn’t enjoy and asked us to visit again so he can make sure we enjoy ourselves properly next go around.

    Normally one of my favorite restaurants come here a lot but this visit was not a good one. Did not seem super busy for a valentine's weekend but the food and service was subpar for there usual standards. May give it another chance not on a "holiday" weekend but I will have to convince my husband as he was very disappointed for what should have been an lovely dinner

    Valet was fast and professional. Bar area and service was nice. Manager/host was very pleasant and accommodating, seated us quicky, at a nice table, although we were still waiting on one more to join our party. Waitress was great. Food was delicious, one of the best steaks I'd ever eaten. Restaurant was a tad bit dark for me, dimly lit, but that's just me. Otherwise, and overall wonderful experience.

    Service was outstanding, drinks and food great. Our wait staff was 1000 percent on their game and truly appreciated the top notch service

    Service was attentive and impeccable. The steak was excellent. Morton’s works very hard to not only please its customers, but also uphold its outstanding reputation. Dining at Morton’s is always well worth it.

    - Service was super slow. Tables next to us had guests who arrived much later than we did, however, received their bread and food before we received ours. They even received their desserts before we received our entrees. - Had to remind our waitress multiple times on refilling our wine. - Ordered steak medium rare and came out cold. They brought it back to the kitchen and cooked it well done. Although they gave us “free dessert”, save your money and headache and go down the road to Peter Lugers. Better service and definitely better steak.
