I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Mosa Restaurant and Bar, as I believe in providing constructive feedback. Firstly, I must commend the beautiful atmosphere you've created. The decoration is lovely, and the music sets a delightful vibe that enhances the dining experience. However, I regret to inform you that my visit was marred by subpar service. Our waitress was unfortunately not attentive, and it took an unusually long time—over 45 minutes—just to receive water. Additionally, she frequently forgot items we requested, which hindered our experience significantly. When our food finally arrived, we noticed that utensils were not provided, necessitating yet another request from us. Moreover, I observed that the waitress seemed disengaged, spending time near the DJ rather than fulfilling her duties. By the time we received our meals, my enjoyment was diminished due to the lengthy wait—over an hour, to be precise. When it came time to settle the bill, our experience didn’t improve. We waited an additional 20 minutes to receive it, and despite our request to split the bill, we had to remind her once again, which took an additional 35 to 45 minutes. In summary, while I appreciated the ambiance and the food was acceptable, the service experience was far below my expectations and ultimately left me feeling quite disappointed. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee returning based on this experience.

We made reservations and arrived early and were seated upon arrival. Our waiter Tonya was very patient and nice, Everyone’s food was correct, hot and delicious! Literally every meal. Decor was very cutesy. Will be back!

I had an awful experience at Mosa Restaurant and Bar on Sunday, December 15th. We had a 4:00 PM reservation for a birthday and holiday celebration and arrived at 3:45 PM, only to be ignored until 4:05 PM. Despite our reservation, we stood at the front of the restaurant until 4:45 PM before being seated. It was clear they overbooked and didn’t have the space or staff to handle large parties. After waiting an hour to be seated, we were told the kitchen would close at 5:15 PM, leaving us rushed and stressed. To make matters worse, the server didn’t come to our table until 5:30 PM. For a large party, there should have been at least two servers to handle our needs. The service was unprofessional, and the atmosphere was disappointing. The music was cut off while we were still eating, and we had to ask about the birthday song we requested, which wasn’t even done. We spent $352 for subpar service, poor management, and an overall bad experience. If the restaurant can’t provide proper accommodations, they should not accept reservations. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
