Horrible experience. We had reservation, got seated, no waiter for 30 minutes. Asked repeatedly finally they assigned new waitress, Erin, who was very good, but restaurant was too busy. Took over an 90 minutes for the food/drinks to arrive. Entrees arrived before appetizers, and we didn’t get our last entree until we were ready to go. None of this was Erin’s fault, bartenders and kitchen were very slow. There was NO management in site. The St Regis chooses to make $ on there ski scene versus customer experience. I understand it is Xmas week, but we did our part, made reservation, paid the high prices, it would have been nice if they did theirs. Again Erin was great but it was out of her control…
