2012年12月、コロラド州ベイルにあるSweet Basilの創立者による斬新で革新的な新レストランがオープンしました。ふさわしい名前を持つMountain Standardは素朴でくつろげるタバーンです。古代の調理方法を使い、ベイルの渓谷で新しいスタンダードの確立を目指しています。 Mountain Standardのメニューの大半は、薪を使った直火を用いた最も原始的な調理法で調理されています。古代の調理方法を専門とする峡谷で唯一のレストランです。エキサイティングな新レストランでは、ロッキー山脈地域とその周辺の最も純粋な食材を使用した素朴で大胆かつ真っ直ぐな味わいの料理を楽しめます。 料理と同じく、一流の食事とカジュアルな雰囲気の完璧なバランスが取れたサービスを提供します。スモークもミラーもありませんが、シンプルで誠実な心からのサービスと料理が魅力のレストランです。エネルギーが溢れるダイナミックなレストランの雰囲気とよく似た美しい小川のそばのロケーションにあります。

    Mtn Standard is located in the heart of the Vail Village, which is a pedestrian village. Take interstate 70 to the Vail exit #176. Proceed through rotary intersections so that you wind up heading East on the So. Frontage Road (ski mountain side of the highway). Go eastbound approx.¼ mile to the Vail Village parking structure. Exit the structure out the middle portal to the south. Go across the Covered Bridge another 75 yards, and go right on Gore Creek Dr. We are down the steps past the Fountain

    The Vail Village free in town bus shuttle is available year round throughout the village. Take the bus to the Covered Bridge stop and proceed as noted below. Free public transportation is also available from East to West Vail into the Transportation Center at the main parking structure.

    We went for lunch and everything we tried here was delicious, from appetizers to the main dishes it was amazing. Beef carpaccio, sea salt biscuit, pimento cheese, salmon dip, oysters, cubano and fish n chips. The staff was all amazing and next time we are in Vail we will be back here again. Definitely recommend getting reservations this place is always packed.

    We have been several times there and I have to say that the overall experience has gone down. Service was painfully slow. Everything took forever and had to be asked for multiple times. The pork chop was quite greasy. The salads and scallops were good

    Delicious! Great experience from the get go! We had Tri Tiips, the biscuit, and clam chowder. All were so very good. Service is excellent and people are so friendly. We arrived a bit early and our table was not ready and the restaurant bar was packed, and the host recommended Archetype, the bar a few doors down. The drinks there are a designed by your preference and are absolutely incredible! Great for before or after Mountain Standard. Highly recommend! Enjoy!
