Moxies in Kitchener, Ontario is a showcase restaurant for the culinary skills of Chef Brandon Thordarson. This energetic urban grill offers a variety of fusion dishes that include everything from Asian-inspired rolls to souvlaki and burgers. The chef goes to great lengths to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and seasonal, so the menu at Moxies does change periodically.

Diners can enjoy interesting takes on old favorites, such as sushi cones, fusion-inspired chicken wings and more. Moxies also serves a variety of cocktails, beer and wine, and also serves the house-crafted beer “Big Life”. As with the food, cocktails are inspired by global flavors and are always prepared with an interesting twist to bring something new to life.

Amazing time at Moxies this weekend! Went for desserts with the girls and had the best time. Service was friendly and desserts were exceptional! Special thanks to the general manager Steve who ensured we enjoyed everything.

Wife ordered sirloin and it was very grisly however when we told waitress they retired a new steak and it was awesome

The staff was outstanding. They were super accommodating finding us a quiet table . We were celebrating a graduation and our server was so lovely . She went out of her way to make our celebration memorable. You can tell this restaurant has great management and staff training.

Another great meal at Moxies. This is our go to family restaurant. Our server was amazing, but there was a male server named Seth (I think) who was quite helpful and friendly as well. His cherry demeanor and bright smile brought joy to our table. Only negative about our experience was I requested a garlic aioli dip and received a spicy mayo dip instead. When I told our server, she was quick to fix the error, but brought out a Chive Dip instead of the garlic aioli that I initially requested. I didn't bother telling her about the error for the second time and just let it go. There was a $2 charge for the Chive Dip and it definitely wasn't anywhere near as good as the garlic aioli.

Everything was wonderful as usual—our server Mac was fantastic and she allowed us to have a nice slow service which we greatly appreciated!

The caesar salad was bland (2 out of 10 compared to most other restaurants) Th short rib besf dip sandwich was good with the exception that too much aioli sauce was used which created a very mushy bread. Service was great! Also there was a lack of specialty coffees on menu as far as we could determine.
