Experience the most unique happy hour in Plant Riverside District. Inspired by the flowers used in the crowns often worn by muses in classical mythology, this rooftop garden is named for Myrtle & Rose, symbols of femininity, love, and romance. Featuring a selection of handcrafted shareable bites and fragrant, botanically inspired cocktails, this romantic escape will transport guests with breathtaking views of both Savannah’s majestic river and charming historic district. On Saturdays and Sundays, enjoy the best brunch downtown Savannah has to offer with inspired rooftop views.

Reserved a table outside. Sunny day and we were put on couches. Requested to have umbrella moved to make our seats more pleasant and an employee told us “no ma’am” and that we were unable to move. As local Sav women, we did not enjoy being told no ma’am like we are children. Her tone was a big turn off. We paid for our drinks and did not stay for food.

Great location, service was great but the food was terrible. Brussels sprouts were burned and inedible the oysters were so some the relish was bigger, the only thing we enjoyed was the view, very disappointed. We left and went to another restaurant

It is a very beautiful place and the service is great but with a limited menu option and people having dietary restrictions it is very important that you either expand the menu or don’t run out of food. I recommend making more options with chicken , turkey or seafood lots of people do not eat red meat.

I was with a party of 10 for brunch on Saturday. We knew it was going to be a little busy, which is why we made reservations about 6 weeks in advance. Our party arrived on time, and we were told they were waiting on the last party to get up, and the manager offered a complimentary mimosa to our party. Great. We waited for our table for 45 minutes. The mimosas were offered to us when we sat down-not while we waited. We would love loved to enjoy them while we waited, and we also probably would have purchased more when we sat down, if we'd already enjoyed them. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server and receive menus. Once service started, it was fine, and the food was great. They were out of the chicken and French toast, which a few of the girls were sad about. Payment was processed on a handheld device, so we did not automatically receive an itemized bill. When we asked for a print out, we noticed that they had charged a service fee (which we know is standard practice for large parties) and we'd tipped on top of it. Apparently our server told the person paying to fill out the tip, so that could be interpreted in multiple ways- but it was interpreted as it wasn't included in the bill already. We did feel that the server wasn't being straight forward, which was disappointing. Some of these things are up for interpretation, sure, but most of us in the party had served tables in college and early in our careers, and we felt like our experience was sub par that day. We enjoyed the setting and the food, but the slip ups from management and staff caused for a little ripple in our weekend.
