We opened in 1982 looking to introduce a higher standard of quality Japanese dining in Corona del Mar area. Thank you for choosing Nagisa! We will provide you with the best service possible, and would like you to know that we prepare and cook with only the best quality ingredients, cook every meal to order. in most of our sauces or entrees. If your favorite dish is not on our menu, please let us know and we will do our best to serve you.

Got the early seating at 5:30pm. First one in and first one out before the place filled up...or as much as it could fill up during Covid. Solid quality and good value, compares well with the sushi bars in J-town LA

I was in the area for a meetings, and didn’t expect to find this gem. The best sushi I’ve had in SoCal. Sashimi was the freshest fish I’ve had, and toro was amazing

Remains the best sushi in Orange County. Hands down. Can’t wait until the sushi bar can reopen inside. Very high quality fish cut by CDM’s sushi genius Yasu! Has not lost a step in the over 20 years I have been going. Secretly jealous they went to Open Table because I want to make sure Nagisa stays with the intimate, friendly and family vibe they are known for. (And that there will be a spot at the sushi bar for my wife and I) Start with Ocean Trout sushi and let your taste buds enjoy the ride.
