Seated promptly on arrival (6:15) Over 15 minutes before approached by wait staff, having to flag one down that was walking by. Observed this happening to others also, with one couple leaving after their long wait with no approach. Good service by staff that finally took care of our table. The waitress took forever to get to us between servings. Tossed things to us rather than place them, The room we were in was very cold. I found a chicken bone in the leftovers of my GF Malaysian rice noodles. Very disappointed! We will not go there again!この情報は役に立ちましたか？

I loved this place and chose it for vegan options that were plenty yet my meat eating son could also be satisfied. Main course was great and flavorful but the appetizers ( vegan steamed dumplings ) had no flavor at all. Service was tremendous and very attentive staffこの情報は役に立ちましたか？

We love Nancy chang’s! Only downside is sometimes the pricing can get away from you, especially if you like to order Chinese the traditional American way, with multiple entrees and appetizers to pick at.
