                  Unfortunately they were having major issues with a lot of the lanes, ours being one of them. Our balls were not returning and the pins were getting easily tangled which required a staff member to manually fix these issues. Overall the bowling was not great, but the server's were nice and they did comp the full hour of bowling since there were so many issues. But wouldn't recommend for a date idea...

                  We booked the bowling lane for two hours. Everyone was able to get an excellent meal and sit comfortably in the bar area. It does start to fill up after nine as a club, but we were just finishing up so it worked out perfectly.

                  Did not honour reservation, not helpful in figuring out how to receive refund. Would not recommend going on a busy night. Staff did not seem interested in helping their customers.

                  We went bowling. First of all the check in was slow (for no apparent reason), and then we had to wait a long time to have our lanes turned on, and then to top it off the lanes were not returning the balls. The staff said they were waiting a long time to get this fixed but the company just never shows up to do the work. So we left. A good manger would have comped us our two drinks, but no, of course that didn’t happen. Or given us pass for another visit, but no again. They deserve their one star.

                  We were seated quickly for our reservation time but were never acknowledged by our server. One of our party got up to notify a hostess that we had been sitting for a while and were eager to order (20-25 minutes), watched other tables that got there after us be served water and order food while we still hadn't been checked on for even beverages. We ended up leaving after about 30 minutes there and even after notifying someone they continued to huddle in a group by the bar watching us wait. I've never written a review before but after experiencing this level of lack of service we were baffled by what appeared to the staff being mentally check out and it was unacceptable.

                  Very quiet day with hardly anyone in the restaurant. First time we had tried these menu selections and we had mixed reviews but on the whole delicious. The fried pickles were fantastic! Beer selection, as always, is stellar.
