Nekia (pronounced nah-kay-ah) is an upscale restaurant located in the beautiful Holman Hotel offering a locally sourced ingredient driven menu featuring Pacific Northwest cuisine with Italian and Korean undertones. Chef Chauncey Roach showcases bold and inventive flavors in his dishes, and manager Scott Stolberg has created cocktail offerings that sing to the season and has curated local wines on tap.
