Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

    Join us for a delightful Easter Brunch, served from 10 AM to 4 PM, where we’ve curated a special menu designed to please every palate. Whether you're craving savory or sweet, we have something perfect for your celebration. Start with a fresh House Salad ($15), with options to add shrimp ($10), Broasted chicken ($8), or prime ribeye ($12) for a heartier bite. Indulge in a Curated Fruit Selection with Greek Yogurt and Gluten-Free Granola ($18), featuring vibrant dragon fruit, kiwi, and raspberries. Savor the rich flavors of our Prime Rib, carved tableside, paired with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Asparagus ($46). Or treat yourself to Shrimp & Grits ($21) and Chicken & Waffles ($18) for a southern-inspired twist. For something unique, enjoy Beet Cured Salmon with crispy capers, Dijon aioli, and bacon walnut bread ($24), or indulge in our Steak Tartar with Cured Duck Egg ($28). Our Steak & Eggs ($39) features a 6oz sirloin cut with eggs cooked to your preference and a flavorful chimichurri sauce. If you’re a fan of classic comfort, try our Avocado Toast ($18), served with eggs cooked to order, or dive into a Wagyu Burger with hand-cut fries ($21) for a mouthwatering option. End on a sweet note with our indulgent desserts, including Crepe Cake with Vanilla Buttercream, Layered Strawberry Shortcake, and Individual Fruit Tarts topped with fresh berries and mint, all priced at $12. Celebrate Easter with us and enjoy an unforgettable dining experience filled with delicious flavors and festive cheer! We will be validating parking for this event, as well!

    Service too notch. Food not like pictures . Descriptions could be much better. Plating needs work especially with deserts. Music, lighting, great. Don’t sit at 2-too if you order more than a plate..much to narrow and in the walkway. May try again when outdoor seating and fireplace are operational.

    This was our first visit for Sunday brunch. It’s one of the best we have had in a long time. The waffles were some of the best, if not the best, we have had. Recommend it highly.

    Been here twice and food is always fantastic and the manager is awesome. Wonderful experience. We’re seated at a ya or close to entertainment and manager came and asked if we felt we were too close and offered us another table without us even asking.

    We went for Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu but sounds like the prime rib cart is available 5 days a week. The cheesecake we had for dessert was I believe the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Sounds like at this point it is not on the regular menu but they are in the process of updating. Here’s to hoping! Everything was delicious but that alone would bring me back!

    We're always innovating our special menus and there are changes occasionally to our regular menu. That cheesecake is amazing, and we've featured it a couple times on the special menus. The prime rib cart is every night we're open! Thanks for the glowing review!

    My second time for brunch at Nick's, and I was able to try even more food because I took my besties with me, and we were able to share. We started off with a delicious bananas Fosters gluten-free waffle. Yes, as an appetizer! Yum! Especially with the ice cream on top! I had the shrimp and grits, and they were delicious, just the right amount of spice and a great savory dish for brunch to compliment my bottomless bellini! My friends were all impressed as well and we'll for sure be back!
