Nick-San Palmilla is your perfect choice If you are planning on a more traditional dinner of sushi and Mexican-Japanese fusion, spend the night under the stars while enjoying delicious creations from chef-owner Angel Carbajal and his team. Start with a Champagne cocktail to get you into the ambience. Try an appetizer made of whitefish sashimi served with truffle oil; continued with a jicama tartar made of sea bass, jicama, chasoba, and a refreshing citrus dressing. Try this dish with the house sauvignon blanc so you will be able to appreciate even more the fruity sides of the wine and of the dressing as well. Top favorite dishes from our distinguished customers is the crab ravioli, a special dish currently available exclusively at the Palmilla location and consisting of delicious ravioli stuffed with softshell crab and shitake and served with a creamy yuzu sauce. Nick-San Palmilla was completely remodeled by French architect Jacqueline Perrot. Come for a visit and enjoy great service,

    We always love Nic Sans! The food is amazing and fresh! If you have not tried the Curricanes you are missing one of the best appetizers!

    Was incredible food. The service was great. We love sushi and was the best I have ever had. Sure it’s pricier than most but was a lovely experience.

    this is our favorite sushi restaurant in the world. innovative dishes, great service and lovely atmosphere. we visited twice during our stay in los cabos and we will return!

    Fantastic location, service and most importantly sushi/sashimi. Beautiful presentation. Waiter made suggestions on rolls we weren’t familiar with. Would highly recommend if you want a great sushi experience
