Everything was excellent , the ambiance the food and the drinks . The hostess was a lovely woman who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in . The only critique I have is that we were ready to pay the bill , but our server didn’t come back to the table for awhile so we had to ask for him . Overall though, lovely establishment . We will be back .

We just did an overnight staycation at the Sheraton Four Points in Novi and had an extraordinary dining experience in the adjoining restaurant, NO. Six Prime, without en Uber or even setting foot outside of the building. We were greeted by GM Reza Ansari, who personally escorted us to a beautiful, large booth (Table 2) set for two. Surprisingly (in a good way), the bartender, Russell, came out to take our drink order because the waitress was serving another party. We enjoyed generous pours of Caymus Quilt, a Napa Cabernet, and Decoy Chardonnay. Kathy and Mike worked together to provide seamless service, beginning with a basket of warm bread. The Shrimp Cocktail and Chophouse Wedge are fabulous. We asked for the 10 oz. Filet to be prepared rare, then split. Perfection! Hop to it. Stay at the Four Points and dine at NO. Six Prime.

They were out of half the food on the menu. We had to change our main entree order because they were out of 3 different steak options. They also ran out of bread and half the appetizers. Our waiter was great and the food quality was also great but not a good look being out of half the menu.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. We ordered the Prime Filet Mignon and Ribeye, truffle fries, calamari, crab cakes, wine & a cocktail - each item exceeding our expectations! We were lucky to have a fantastic waiter, who was very knowledgeable and attentive, and even received a special discount for our next visit from the maître d'. Worth every penny!

There was no wagu steaks I showed our waiter Mike my 25$ off coupon that was emailed to me. Who got home looked at my bill no 25 dollar discount. My fault for not checking at the time I paid We were his only table at the time so I figured he would remember. Probably will try several other restaurants in the area before going back.
